I had one that was sent and it was broken in shipping. They replaced it quickly and without a hassle. I think the device is ingenious with its transparent nylon threads to hold the pages open. They are on some reel system from behind and I would have a hard time duplicating that for my dad with my powersaw in the garage. I like it and so far no problems.
